Back Pain
I'm writing this review in deep gratitude. I had severe back pain, and now I feel like it has lessened in my first three visits with Dr. Berry. He is a brilliant professional and handles his work with great care. I was hesitant at first to do to any chiro wellness treatment, but my girlfriend convinced me to try new things since I was enduring so much pain from my 40+ hour work week and living in a house of 9. I can say without a doubt, there has been relief unlike I had hoped for, and to my surprise, I didn't know how unaligned my spine was or how my right hip is higher than my left. My back in particular creates a sort of zig zag inducing the pain. Dr. Berry reassured me that his care will lead to results, and now I am living proof. Everyone at the office from Carlos to front desk to staff passing by is kind and greets me with empathy. Not often will you find a team like that. I can't recommend this place more. It gives you certainty things will get better through treatment plans and corrective care, not just hope. Please visit and learn.

While on vacation, I hurt my back extricating myself from the third row of seats. Fortunately for my wife and myself, Dr. Wood treated me the next morning and gave me quite a bit of relief. I so appreciated the heat and massage before the hands on adjustments. I do not live locally but would absolutely be a regular patient/customer and have only wonderful things to say about the care of everyone in this office, from first contact through to treatment.

I have been a patient of Dr. Berry and La Costa Chiropractic since before 2009. Dr. Berry, his colleagues and staff are very professional, excellent chiropractors and have good bedside manners. I suffer from chronic neck pain from an injury I sustained in the 1980s. Dr. Berry helps relieve that pain and stress and has also worked on other alignment issues over the years. Overall, the practice is outstanding and strongly recommended!

Dr. Dahl and the entire team at La Costa Chiropractic & Wellness were incredible to work with. After dealing with a disc bulge and painful sciatica, Dr. Dahl helped me get back on my feet and moving again with thoughtful care and a clear plan for recovery.
